Antonio Sergi graduated from Military Academy (the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia), Faculty of Business Studies, Italy and has a Federal Diploma in Banking Economics, Switzerland. He also obtained his Executive Education Diploma from INSEAD Fontainebleau. Antonio Sergi started his banking career back in 1980 with the Central Bank of the Swiss Association of Raiffeisenkassen, St. Gallen and joined UBS SA in 1984 where he was Managing Director and the Head of Investment Banking in different UBS locations from Zurich to Frankfurt, Tokyo and Lugano until 1998. From 1999 to 2007 he was Member of the Group Executive Board at Banca del Gottardo SA, Lugano as Group Chief Investment Officer he was responsible for Investment Services and for most Subsidiaries of the Group in Switzerland and abroad. He left the Board in 2007 to create SEA Advisory SA, Lugano where he is CEO to this day. Amongst other mandates he is a member of the Board of Deka (Swiss) Privatbank AG, Zurich and Banca Credinvest SA, Lugano.

Adrian Plüss
Dr. Adrian Plüss was born in Zurich. He studied at Zurich University and graduated in 1980. He also holds a degree in Business Administration. Since 1991 Adrian Plüss is working as a lawyer (since 2005 as partner of LANTER attorneys-at-law).
Adrian Plüss is board member of various companies as well as foundations and other non-profit-organizations.
He frequently publishes on subjects of commercial law.
Patrik Tkáč
Patrik Tkáč graduated from the faculty of Business Informatics at the University of Economy in Bratislava. He acquired the broker licence at the Institute of Education in Banking at the National Bank of the Slovak Republic and became one of the original members of J&T Securities s.r.o. which used to trade with securities. He is the front representative of the Financial Group and he is also the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of J&T Finance Group a.s., CEO of the J&T Group as well as Chairman of the Board of Directors of J&T Banka a.s.
Štěpán Ašer
Štěpán Ašer graduated from the School of Business and Public Management at George Washington University in Washington DC focusing on Finance and Financial Markets. Subsequently, he graduated from the MBA at Rochester Institute of Technology, USBSP. He operated as analyst on the Czech market starting in 1997 and later as Portfolio Manager at Credit Suisse Asset Management. From 1999 until 2002 he was a member of the Board of Directors at Commerz Asset Management and responsible for managing portfolios and sales. He shortly specialized in Asset Management of institutional clients at Ceska Sporitelna. He has been working at J&T Bank since 2003 and is now in the position of the CEO and a member of the Board of Directors.
