Robert Boukal is Management Chairman and bears responsibility for the Asset Management division. After his commercial training, he began his career in banking with the Austrian Creditanstalt-Bankverein in 1982. In 1990, he moved to the Banca del Gottardo Group, laying the foundation for the development of the private banking business for the bank in Central Europe, Eastern Europe, and Austria. In early 2005, Robert Boukal was put in charge of the Central and Eastern European markets division at Coutts private bank in Zurich. He is an Austrian citizen permanently residing in Switzerland and has been CEO of J&T Bank (Switzerland) Ltd. since July 2008.

Stefan Glättli

Stefan Glättli started his assignment as Chief Financial Officer at J&T Bank (Switzerland) Ltd. in October 2010. After completing his bank apprenticeship at UBS AG in 1989, he worked for several Swiss Private Banks, including Bank von Ernst, Coutts and HSBC Private Bank. His core competences are in finance, and he holds both a Bachelor’s degree in economics as well as a Swiss diploma in accounting and controlling. Stefan Glättli is a Swiss citizen and lives in Thalwil near Zurich.
Jürg Frei
Chief Risk Officer
Jürg Frei has been Chief Risk Officer of J&T Bank (Switzerland) Ltd. since March 2009. After completing a traditional bank apprenticeship in 1979, he worked for the most diverse banks, including the Schweizerischer Bankverein, ABN AMRORO, Bank von Ernst and Coutts. He has worked primarily in Information Technology, Internal Audit and Risk Management departments, holding various management posts. Jürg Frei is a Chartered Accountant and possesses extensive banking knowledge and experience. He is Swiss and lives with his family outside Zurich.
Riccardo Moriani

Riccardo Moriani has more than 20 years’ experience in banking. Before joining J&T Bank (Switzerland) Ltd. in 2004 as the person responsible for the Lugano Office, he worked for Swiss and international financial institutes (BNP Paribas, BSI, the Schweizerischer Bankverein and Credit Agricole) in top executive positions. Over his banking career, he has occupied various positions of responsibility, including wealth management, individual financial services, marine finance, trade finance, and mortgages. Riccardo Moriani is active in a number of professional and municipal organisations, lives near Lugano, and has dual Swiss/Italian citizenship.
Ondřej Popelka
Head of Private Banking Zurich
Ondřej Popelka became Head of Private Banking at J&T Bank (Switzerland) Ltd. in September 2010. After graduating in International Trade and Commercial Law from the University of Economics Prague in 2002 and from the Law Faculty of the Charles University Prague in 2006, he joined J&T Bank Prague in April of the same year. Since then he has worked as a private banker responsible for HNW and UHNW clients. His main tasks at J&T Bank (Switzerland) Ltd. are to increase the client base of the bank and to intensify cooperation with the sister banks in the J&T Finance Group. Ondřej Popelka is a citizen of the Czech Republic with permanent residency in Herrliberg, Zurich. He is married with two children.
